​​​Fresco - Mushroom, Basil and Wine Sauce
This sauce is our "open and pour sauce".  It can be used over pasta, chicken, pork, fish, vegan/vegetarian dishes, over rice or quinoa. There is no dairy in this sauce so it can be used in a crock pot to make any meal that much easier!

Ingredients: Cremini, Shitake and Oyster mushrooms, water, white wine, shallots, extra virgin olive oil, garbonzo flour, green onions, fresh basil, fresh garlic, himalayan pink salt, black pepper, chili peppers, dried basil.

Fusion - 12 Vegetable Tomato Sauce 
This sauce is one of the only sauces on the market that you can eat both hot or cold! Fusion is so versatile it can be used as a salsa, bruschetta topping, pizza sauce, pasta sauce, over rice or quinoa, soup base, chili base and pairs well with any meat or fish. It has a low acidic taste due to our use of water to cut the acidity instead of using sugar.  

Ingredients: Water, tomatoes, sweet onions, carrots, celery, zucchini, shallots, extra virgin olive oil, parsnips, sweet potatoes, turnip, fresh parsley, fresh garlic, fresh basil, himalayan pink salt, black pepper, dried basil

Fire & Ice - Spicy Gourmet Ice Wine Relish
Where sweet meets heat!! This gourmet relish is like no other.  Fire & Ice has a layered flavour that is amazing with any cheese and perfect for charcuterie platters.  It's wonderful mixed into stir frys, hamburgers, veggie burgers/tofu, and pairs amazingly with our Fusion sauce to kick your meal up a notch.

Ingredients: Peppers (red, yellow, orange), zucchini, apple cider vinegar, pure apple cider, extra virgin olive oil, sweet onions, fresh garlic, Ice Wine, Jamaican hot peppers, jalapeño peppers, yellow hot peppers, green onions, black pepper, chili peppers

Lewis St - Dipping Sauce & Glaze

In the mid 70’s Doris Holman of New Hamburg, Ontario created this sauce in her Lewis St. kitchen to use with ham. This sauce can be used cold as a dipping sauce for hors d’oeuvres, great as a gravy for meats and fish, on sandwiches or as a stir fry sauce.

Ingredients: Golden Yellow Sugar, prepared mustard (white vinegar, water, mustard seed, salt, spices), himalayan pink salt, black pepper, potato flour, pure distilled vinegar.
